Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, email banvelosposso08@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, Terra Lotus will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us promptly with photos and order details so we can help.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
